I have been in the Customer Care industry for over 18 years and strongly believe that looking after your customer needs are paramount in any industry.

Those ethics and values are shared within the small team at our Belfast clinic of THG.

I love working as a Patient Care Co-ordinator at Belfast where we aim to provide a personal and compassionate service to all our patients.

My job is to assist the patient from their initial enquiry with our clinic to booking their consultation with the surgeon.

I realize that embarking on cosmetic surgery can be extremely daunting for a lot of patients and it is so rewarding to be able to aid them in feeling more at ease by guiding them through the whole process.

It gives me so much pleasure to see satisfied patients who visit the clinic during their aftercare who are so happy with their results!

Having been in Nursing for over 8 years, I understand the importance of patient needs and expectations, ensuring comfort at all times.
